Bespoke workplace well-being packages
I collaborate with businesses and organisations to support their staff to be empowered and thriving people.
By teaching the concepts and applications of personal mastery, self-leadership, holistic living and conscious being I help workplaces create an authentic, holistic and successful work environment that optimizes the use of natural synergies between thriving people and the workplace.
How I work

Stage 1
Intial consultation to understand the needs, wants and challenges of the business or organisation.

Stage 2
Plan development. Creating a personalized well-being plan for the workplace using a mixture of group immersions and personal coaching.

Stage 3
Delivery of the bespoke workplace well-being plan as signed off by the business and organisation.

Stage 4
Check in consultations and other reflective tools are used to measure progress and impact of the work before, throughout and after the delivery has taken place.
Developing a long term plan
Besides helping you make immediate improvements through the bespoke well-being programs I deliver, I also take the time to develop a long term plan with you for the business or organisation that builds on the momentum of the work that has been done already.
Just like we need to regularly service our cars and maintain our homes, so do we need to put processes and policies in place that support the continuous thriving and well-being of the workplace and it’s people.
The long term well-being plan will again be catered to the business or organisation’s individual needs and future plans and can encompass a mixture of immersion and personal coaching services. I am fortunate to have access to a network of excellent professionals who can support your business and organisation on all levels as well, should your long term plan require so.
