I am a coach, the owner of Sophie K Coaching and founder of The Thrive Guide.

My life used to feel incredibly frustrating, tiring and down right exhausting.

I was rushing from place to place, working long hours, full-filling social commitments, making time for family and friends and other life admin whilst relying on coffee and sugar fixes for much of the day to keep me going.

My to do list was never ending and sleep just never enough. Somehow I was always busy but never quite on top of things.

And all I wanted was to catch a break but I was afraid that if I did, my life would fall apart.

I knew I could be doing so much better. I wanted things to be different. I wanted more from life.
But I just didn’t know where to start or how to find the time.

So I went on the search and a few years ago, after years of self-development, researching, trying and testing, I discovered that there is a formula to accessing our thrive zone. Our happy zone, where we always have a spring in our step and the resilience to deal with whatever life throws at us in an empowered and confident way.

It’s absolutely possible to get that banging life balance and smash all your goals at the same time. And it’s about so much more than just being more organised.
